JOHN JAMES KINCH passed away at Cedar Creek Adaptacare in Lethbridge, AB., on Sunday, October 26th, 2014 at the age of 79 years. He will be sadly missed by family and friends There is no night without a dawning No winter without a spring And beyond the dark horizon Our hearts will once more sing... For those who leave us for awhile Have only gone away Out of a restless care worn world

MR. JOHN JAMES SCHMIDT beloved husband of Mrs. Tillie Schmidt of Coaldale, passed away at home on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at the age of 74 years. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by: Debbie (Brian) Erdos of Coaldale, AB. and Gary (Rhonda Johnson) Schmidt of Lethbridge, and two grandchildren: Bradley and Brittany Erdos. John spent many years working as a carpenter. During his lifetime he built five family homes.

MR. JOHN KAMPFMULLER, beloved husband of Mrs. Angie Kampfmuller of Lethbridge, passed away at the Edith Cavell Care Centre on Monday, March 17, 2008 at the age of 84 years. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his children Helen (Will) Hendri of Scarborough, ON and Mary (Wayne) Abel of Lethbridge and grandchildren Ryan and Evan Abel of Lethbridge. He was predeceased by numerous family in Czechoslovakia. A private family service will be held at a later date.

JOHN KOWAL, beloved husband of Mary Kowal, of Lethbridge, Alberta, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at the age of 70 years. John was born in the Ukraine on June 7, 1938. His family immigrated to Canada in June of 1948. John married Mary on May 2, 1966. They resided in Lethbridge their entire lives. John is survived by his wife Mary and their 5 children: Ralph (Darlene); Wendy (Dave); Doug (Katie); Patricia (Alvin); Dave (Amy); 18 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

LATURNUS SR. MR. JOHN LATURNUS SR., went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 12, 2014 at the age of 94 at the Sunny South Lodge in Coaldale, AB. John was born in Val Marie, SK on October 13, 1919. His family left Saskatchewan when he was a young child and lived in numerous communities before settling in Raymond. In 1946 Dad married Helen Antal and they settled in the Coaldale area where they resided for the rest of their lives.

MR. JOHN LESIUK, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Jean Lesiuk of Lethbridge, formerly of Vernon and Edmonton, passed away in St. Michael’s Health Centre on Friday, November 9, 2012 at the age of 96 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his family Johannes (Levy) Wohlwend, three grandchildren, Jonesa (Farzan) Nathoo of Calgary, Angela (Kyle) Tait of Lethbridge, Philip Wohlwend of Calgary; great grandsons Cole & Aiden Tait of Lethbridge and Avery Nathoo of Calgary.

MR. JOHN LLOYD (JACK) KNIGHT, passed from this life to eternity on Monday, September 2, 2013 at the tender age of 94 years. Jack Knight was born in Lethbridge, Alberta to Agnes and Joseph Knight on August 24th 1919, the second child of a family of eight. He experienced the loss of three siblings in childhood; his older sister Margaret, younger sister Laura, and younger brother Billy. As an adult, Jack had to say goodbye to his brothers Kenneth and Ronald, both of whom served in the Second World War.

JOHN LONNIE FLYNN, of Lethbridge, Alberta, passed away at the Peter Lougheed Centre in Calgary, AB on Wednesday, April 2nd, 2014 at the age of 60 years.

JOHN MARTIN MOTYCKA, beloved husband of Anne Motycka, of Lethbridge passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Friday, September 11, 2009 at the age of 79 years. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by Garry (Leslie) Motycka of Lethbridge, AB., Karl (Josje) Motycka of Okotoks, AB., Ron (Rina) Motycka of Raymond, AB., Francie Martin (Jim Mahood) of Edmonton, AB., Jean (Greg) Kautz of Calgary, AB., Judy Collett of Lethbridge, AB.

With profound sadness we must announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, John Moshurchak, on May 17, 2009 after a sudden illness. He was surrounded by his family and encompassed by their love as he passed over to God’s care. He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Daisy, his daughter Kim (Brian) of Edmonton, his son Erle (Sandra) of Calgary, and his 3 precious grandchildren Emma, Ben and Sam.
