With great sadness, the family of JAMES PATRICK FINN of Lethbridge, AB. (formerly of Dundurn/Saskatoon, SK) would like to announce his passing on Wednesday May 27, 2009 at 81 years of age. Jim was the son of the late Dr. J.J. Finn and the late Flora Finn of Dundurn. He is survived by his wife Albertine, daughter Caroline Taylor (John) of Red Deer, son Patrick Finn (Amber) of Lethbridge, grandchildren Brian Taylor (Red Deer), James Finn (Calgary), Kimberley Finn (Lethbridge) and his twin brother Joseph Finn (Marge) of Toronto, ON.

JAMES ‘JIM’ ROTH, born in Medicine Hat, Alberta on 21st of August 1930, passed away peacefully at the Coaldale Health Care Centre on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at the age of 77. Jim was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife and soul mate Millie of 55 years. He will forever be remembered by his daughters Linda (Brent) and Rhonda (Trevor), sons Jimmy (Brenda) and Stephen (Donna), a special daughter Mary Lou and by his 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild and three special sons Phil, Jim and Peter.

JAN VANDEN BERG of Lethbridge Alberta, passed away peacefully at the age of 73. You were a wonderful father and husband. Your tenacious personality and love for a challenge transformed a service station into a successful RV business, Skyline Travel Centre. You were an honest, trustworthy and straightforward businessman and even though customers didn’t always get a deal, they felt like they did and walked away happy and glad to have met you.

JANE MARIE IRON SHIRT, of Browning, MT, passed away at Kalispell Regional Medical Centre on Sunday, June 16, 2013 at the age of 17 years. A Family Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge on Thursday, June 20th, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. A Wake will be held at SENATOR GLADSTONE HALL, Blood Reserve, on Thursday from 6:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M. A Funeral Mass will be held at ST.

MR. HAROLD PAUL JANECKE, beloved husband of Mrs. Frances Janecke of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, November 15, 2010 at the age of 80 years. Besides his loving wife of 55 years, Frances, he is survived by his children and their families; Jeff (Roxanne) Janecke, Lindsey (Robert Bedford), Stacey (Greg Plante), Brittany, and great grandson Graydon Janecke, Brian (Kairyn) Janecke, Sierra and Noah Janecke, JoAnn (Steve Wetter) Janecke, Karl Wetter, Karen (George Stephenson) Janecke and Dawn (Sean Kirby) Janecke, Quinn, Benjamin and Emerson Kirby.

Ps 138:8 Janet Halma, beloved wife of the late Jacob Halma, passed away peacefully Friday, April 17, 2009 at the age of 94 years. Janet is survived by her children Hinke (Henry) Rop, Harry (Barbara), Bill (Dorothy), Sid (Geri), Flo (Gerry) Sytsma, Thea (Rich) Seibel, Gwenne (Larry) Bell, Alice (Hessel) Kielstra, John (Louise), Jerry, Clarence (Rita), and Annette (Terry) Rauschenberger.

FERENZ It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Janet Lynne Ferenz, who passed away at the age of 53 years. Mom lived both an exciting and fulfilling life during her short time here with us all. She was loved and cherished by many people in which lives she alone has touched. Mom is survived by her two children: Daughter Jennifer Rapuano-Kremenik, Grand Children Kaytlin Kremenik, Kenneth Kremenik, & Isabella Kremenik, Son Devon Rivere.

JANET McCULLOCH of Lethbridge AB. passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, November 25th, 2013 at the age of 85 years. She is lovingly remembered by her son Gary Kay of Lethbridge, AB, her daughter Lynda (Ross) Kunimoto of Calgary, AB. and her grandchildren Shane (Heather) and Amber Kunimoto of Calgary, AB. Janet was predeceased by her parents Archiebald and Margaret McCulloch and her sister Margaret Chriasty. Janet enjoyed skiing, hiking and being in the mountains but was most passionate about music.

JANET SCHNURR passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital at the age of 73, following a sudden illness complicated by her battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving family, husband Edward, daughters Pat (Jim) MacKinnon, Nancy (Dave) Wing, sons Sandy (Sherry) Schnurr and Robert (Peggy) Schnurr. Her grandchildren, Scott, Jennifer, Jason, Sydney, Elizabeth, Jamie, Chantal, Shanelle and Cole and great granddaughter Alyvia. She will also be missed by her sister Diane Stuart, many sister and brother in-laws and nieces and nephews.

JANETTE PONTING, beloved wife of Robert Ponting of Hays, AB, passed away at St. Michael’s Health Centre on Sunday, May 10, 2009 at the age of 59 years. Besides her loving husband, she is survived by her children; Shelly Woodman (Brian) of Hays, AB, John (Bobbi) Ponting of Didsbury, AB; and Cheryl Ponting (Joe) of Vauxhall, AB nine grandchildren, Stephanie and Allan, Daniel, Matthew, Vicky, Anthony and Gracie-Jo, Brittaney and Haley.
