It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jerrine Charlotte Lotty Bremner (nee McMullen) of Lethbridge, Alberta, beloved wife of Leo Bremner Sr. on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Edith Cavell Care Centre. Jerrine was predeceased by her Mother Ruby (Frank) Taylor, her Father John McMullen, Sister & Brother in-law Peg & John Hiebert and son Robert Byette. Besides her caring husband she is survived by her loving family, brother Jack McMullen of Winnipeg, MB, daughter Margaret (Bill) Rice of Gimli, MB, son Jim (Leigh) Bremner of Lethbridge, AB, son Leo Jr.

JOSEY CHEYENNE LANE DAY RIDER, beloved daughter of April Day Rider, passed away on Friday, April 4th, 2014 in Vancouver B.C. at the age of 18 years. Josey has gone on her journey to be re-united with her late parents Terri Lee Day Rider and Robbie Day Chief. Josey is survived by her mother April Rose Day Rider, step dad Godfrey Jr Red Crow. Her boyfriend Kolby Bastien. Godparents Chris Day Chief and Cindy Day Chief.

Sadly, we announce the passing of our Father, John Joseph Grey, on Saturday, March 29, 2014. John was the first child of Frances and William Grey and born in Kursk, Russia on January 14, 1916. After leaving his early childhood home in Kelme, Lithuania, the family emigrated to Canada in 1926, to join maternal grandparents Elizabeth and Charles Latuk in Stirling, Alberta. He married Donna June Walberg in 1939 and settled in Lethbridge with their four children.

BROWN Jennie Georgina Brown (nee Monson), with Family by her side, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, March 21, 2014 at the age of 83 years. Jennie is survived by her, son Cameron (Bruce), and daughters Pamela (Bryan), Judy Guzzi (Duane) and Grandchildren, Marissa, and Nikolaos. She is survived by sisters Joyce (Jack), Dolly, Norma, Mildred, brother Bud (Marilyn) and numerous nieces and nephews. Jennie was predeceased by her Mother and Father, Alma and Oscar Monson, her son Dean Brown, and sisters Blanche, Marion, Lena, and brother Donald.

JOHN FRITZ BRUNNER, beloved husband of Lydia Brunner of Lethbridge, passed away at St. Michael's Palliative Care Centre on Thursday, March 20th, 2014 at the age of 86 years. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his children, Linda (Murray) Dueck of Lethbridge, Dave (Mona) Brunner of Redcliff, Nancy (Shannon) Dawson of Lethbridge; grandchildren: Natasha (Jason), Byron, Matt, Sara, Shane, Mitch; two great-grandchildren Kingston & Paxton. He is also survived by two sisters, Anne (Chuck) Wesselman & Rose (Ora) Sommerfeldt; five sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law as well as numerous nieces & nephews.

J.C. MAURICE L’ARRIVÉE (B.S.A., M.Sc. Ph.D.), passed away on Friday, September 18, 2009, at the age of 86 years. He was born on June 18, 1923 in St. Boniface, Manitoba. His parents were E. Bernier L’Arrivée and Elodie Guilbert and he was the first born of ten children. He was predeceased by two brothers: Jean and Rene, and a sister, Marie Kehler. In August 1950, he married Catherine Cassidy of Winnipeg.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of JACK ARLAN SCHIMPF. After receiving his “golden dove” for successfully battling cancer, Jack passed away suddenly on January 6, 2010 at the age of 71 years. Born in Barons, AB. on December 18, 1938, Jack was raised in Coalhurst, AB., where he met the love of his life, Lorraine. They married on September 3, 1960 and began a home in Lethbridge.

MR. JACK GIOLO, beloved husband of the late Josephine Giolo, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Wednesday, October 31st, 2012 at the age of 82 years. Jack was predeceased by his son Michael Giolo and is survived by his son Colin Giolo. At the request of Jack, no funeral service will be held. JACK KENNETH O'SULLIVAN

O’SULLIVAN JACK KENNETH O’SULLIVAN, passed away suddenly on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at the age of 76 years. Jack was one of eight children born to John and Hattie Mae (Helen) O’Sullivan in 1936. He was born in Lethbridge and grew up in Fort Macleod, AB. Jack married Betty Jean Deglau in 1962 and worked as a self employed painter in Lethbridge for many years. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, and socializing with his friends at Bully’s until his passing.

JOHN (JACK) EDWIN LAWSON, beloved and loving husband of Patricia for 51 years and proud and loving father of Sharon, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital following a massive stroke on July 5, 2009 at the age of 75 years. John was born in Shoal Lake, Manitoba in 1933. After graduating from Shoal Lake Collegiate, he attended both the University of Manitoba and the University of Minnesota. As a young man he participated in many sports, his favorites being curling, baseball, and hockey.
