IVKA HORMOTH, beloved wife of the late Ivan Hormoth, of Lethbridge passed away peacefully, with her family keeping vigil, on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at the age of 99 years. Left to mourn are her sons Tony (Rose) of Lethbridge, John (Anita) of Coal Harbour, B.C., daughter Irene (Ralph) Harris of Lethbridge, sister Aloizya Malik in Croatia, 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews both in Canada and Croatia.

She was the cherished wife of Robert Lee Nish (who predeceased her on January 13, 1983), mother of Gillian Nish, Robert (Barbara) Nish and grandmother of Christopher Nish, great grandmother of Taylor and Zoe Nish, grandmother of Cari (Ashley) Gibbons and great grandmother of Cameron and Quinn Gibbons, grandmother of Andrew Nish (who predeceased her in 2011); grandmother of Stuart Nish and great grandmother of Miles and Hazel Nish, mother of Arthur Nish and Dean (Heather) Nish, grandmother of Gordon (Morgan) Nish and great grandmother of Isaac and Mia Nish; grandmother of Alanna Nish, Becky Nish, Alex Nish, Julie Nish and Liam Nish.
