MR. GEORGE E. THIESSEN, beloved husband of the late Betty Thiessen, passed away at the Park Meadows Good Samaritans on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at the age of 85 years. George is survived by his son Ben Thiessen of Fort Saskatchewan and daughter Margaret (Gerry) Brown of Calgary. He is also survived by his grandchildren Craig, Tristan and Catlin of Lethbridge and Tod, Carmen (Jim) Madill, all of Calgary, and Deanna (Geoff) Ho of Minneapolis, MN.

George, beloved husband and best friend to Gail, of Coaldale, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, December 13, 2009 at the age of 75 years. He was the loving father of Debby (Joey) Savidant, and grandfather to Ryan and Amanda Shigehiro. He also leaves to mourn his loss his sister Annie Triska, brothers-in-law Ron, Ken, Allan, Terry, Keith Hunt and Shig Kitagawa, and numerous nieces and nephews.

GEORGE VANEE, beloved husband of Irene Vanee of Lethbridge, Alberta passed away peacefully after a short illness at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary, on Monday, December 30, 2013 at the age of 79 years. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his children Elaine (Darren) Toth of Lethbridge and their children Branden, Lauren and Jennifer; Randy (Camille Musters) Vanee of Calgary and their children Sheldon and Danielle; and Jenny (Steve) Oseen of Lethbridge and their children Jordan and Taryn.

MR. GEORGE WILSON FINDLAY beloved husband of the late Christina Findlay passed away on Monday, August 5, 2013 at the age of 78 years. George was born June 20, 1935 in Glasgow, Scotland to George and Helena Findlay. He was raised and educated in Glasgow and joined the British Army in 1953. George was posted in many locations and was a Korean War Veteran. He married his sweetheart Christina in 1959 and they immigrated to Canada, residing in Lethbridge until his passing.

(Jerry) Rogers II, beloved husband of Lily Rogers of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital after a sudden, brief illness on Thursday, December 19th, 2013 at the age of 81 years. He leaves his five children and their families: Catherine and Lorne Marco and their children Sarah (Kevin, and their children Zoe and Cacia), Kyle (Amy) and Elise (Tyler, and their children Siren, Niya, and Trey); Dianne and Bruce Johnston and their children Brett (Julie, and their son Hamish), Bryce, and Orye; Gerald and Joan Rogers and their son Gerald; Kenneth and Christine Rogers and their children Christopher and Camille; and Margaret and Neil James and their children Riley and Kaylee.

MR. GERALD BEAULIEU, beloved husband of Mrs. Betty Beaulieu of Lethbridge, passed away at home on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at the age of 55 years. Besides his loving wife Betty he is survived by two daughters Chantele and Tammy Beaulieu, two step-sons Chet and Jeremy Friesen and one step-daughter Ashley Friesen and he helped raise J.J. and Marc who were like sons to him. He is also survived by a granddaughter Twilla and grandson Harley, four sisters of Quebec, numerous nieces and nephews and great friends Johanna Dekens and Anna Slomp.

Gerry is survived by a son Curtis (Carol) Nagel and two grandsons Ryan and Kyle, as well as a daughter Wanda (Jaye) Swanson. At dad’s request there will be a private family interment at a later date.
