Anny is survived by her loving and caring husband, Adrian and her four children and their spouses, John (Shanny), Ed (Jennifer), Shirley Ann (Rolf) and Betty (Rick). She adored her seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, Jay (Nicole & Grayson), Stuart (Christina, Rebecca & Sawyer), Blake, Lee, Robyn, Kristi and Nicole.

GERTRUDE JEAN GALTS, beloved wife of Ken, of Coutts, passed away at the Milk River Health Centre on Saturday, October 27, 2018, at the age of 81 years. Besides her loving husband, she is survived by her children Laurie (Bob) Hartley, Glen Galts, Noreen (Tom) Vavrek and Shannon Watson; ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; sister Merelyn (Mark) Harty and brother Norman Vornbrock. Gert was predeceased by her brothers Richard (Wilma) and Norbert (Judy) Vornbrock and sister-in-law Joyce Vornbrock.

Catherine is survived by her six loving children, Robert (Jana) Grbavac, Susan (Charles) Klaver, Diane (Aurelio) Delbello, William (Shawn) Grbavac, Nancy Hamilton, Carol (Paul Sacco) Grbavac, fourteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, her sister-in-law Vi Peterson (née Grbavac) and her two brothers Mike Malack and William Mlacak.

ANNE GIBBONS, beloved wife of the late Earl Gibbons, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the age of 84 years. This marks the end of the life of a gracious, gregarious and drop dead gorgeous gal. Anne Rita Gibbons was the only daughter and first Canadian child born April 20, 1934 to Peter and Katia Boras of Vitina, Herzegovina. Her brothers Ivan (Doris), Walter (Ancica) and Michael (Helen) had travelled with their mother from Europe the year before to a prairie homestead where Peter had worked for five years to bring his family a more hopeful future.

Cathy was predeceased by her mother, Rose, her father, Lawrence Irvine and her sisters, MaryAnne Lomax, Margaret Steele and Patricia Imeson. She is survived by her husband, John "Jack" of 53 years, her children, John (Angela) of Lethbridge, Paul (Judy) of Red Deer, Laura Kerr (Jim) of Lethbridge, and Tim of Calgary.

MARGUERITE "MARGE" ROSE GARNER, (formerly Derksen, née Turski), beloved wife of Royston Garner of Lethbridge, fought but lost her brave battle against cancer and passed away peacefully at the St. Michael's Health Centre on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at the age of 78 years. Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Kim Cote (Lorne) of British Columbia, Russell Derksen (Patti), Bruce (Kim) Derksen and Gregory (Tammy) Derksen, all of Lethbridge, her stepchildren, Wendy (Bill) Blumer and Wayde Garner, both of New Brunswick and Wesley Garner of Calgary, as well as her eight grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.

JULIA (TSUYA) GOETZ, age 88, of Lethbridge, Alberta, died suddenly after a brief illness, on Saturday, April 7th, 2018. She leaves behind three adult children; Othelia (Andr?), Marta (Don), Jonathan (Karen) and four grandchildren; Callie, Carla, Jenna and Easton. As everyone who knew Julia can attest to, she very much enjoyed living in her own home, on her own terms, until the end. Julia had a strong spirit and a strong will.

DONALD RAY GELLATLY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 21st, 2018 at his home in Lethbridge, Alberta after a 10 year tug-of-war with cancer. Don was born in Calgary, Alberta on June 29th, 1959. He spent all of his youth playing various sports from bowling to football but his primary love was basketball. He attended Mount Royal College and played basketball with the MRC Cougars who won a national championship in his second year.
