ISOBEL FLORENCE FOWLER, beloved wife of Arthur Fowler, passed away at St. Michael's Health Centre on Friday, February 23rd, 2018 at the age of 81 years after a brief yet courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 26, 1937 to Charles and Leona Fowler in Arcola, SK during a winter snowstorm. Isobel is survived by her husband Arthur Fowler; her children Wendy Nelson (Keith Burgess), David Nelson (Susan), Gary Nelson (Marieta) and stepson Jacob Fowler (Amanda), as well as her grandchildren Tyler (Kaeley), Matthew, Jonathan (Samara), Jennifer, Christopher, Jacob, Colby and Noah, and her special great-grandchild Cassius.

TRUDY MARYANN FELLGER (nee Howe), beloved wife of Alfred Fellger of 60 years, passed away surrounded by her family at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the age of 78 years. Trudy was born on July 2, 1939 in East Germany. She immigrated to Canada with her family in 1955 and lived on a farm near Diamond City before moving to Lethbridge to raise her family with Alfred.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, DONALD IMRIE ANDERSON FIELDING, at the Claresholm Health Centre, on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at the age of 70 years. Donald was born in Blackpool, England and spent most of his formative years in the Lake District. He immigrated to Canada in January of 1969, settling in the Toronto area. He met his wife Anne in November of that year, and they were married three months later.

GIOVANNI FILIPAZ, beloved husband of the late Lidia Filipaz, passed away peacefully at the Good Samaritan Society - Park Meadows Village, on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at the age of 92 years. He is lovingly remembered by his sons, Edi, Valdi and Mauro, all of Lethbridge; sister-in-law, Franca Crasti and niece, Anna Crasti of Kamloops, BC; nephew, Tony Crasti of Abbotsford, BC as well as many relatives and lifelong friends. Along with his wife, dad was predeceased by his parents, Giovanni and Antonia Filipaz as well as all of his siblings, Gina, Maria, Antonia and Santa.

On November 9, 2017, GREG FANO passed away peacefully in Lethbridge at the age of 61 years. Greg was a charismatic and generous man, ever young at heart. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Ellen Fano; children, Chad (Jen), Stacey Sadownick (Bo) and grandson Koen; his stepchildren, Kris Richardson, Heather Kerr (Brad) and their son Braxton, Josh Meller; mother Ruth; brother Doug (Darlene), as well as many aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, and friends.

EDWIN FIEDLER, of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Judy Fiedler, passed away at the St. Michael's Health Centre, Palliative Care Unit, on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at the age of 79 years. Besides his loving wife Judy Fiedler (nee Span) of 53 years, Edwin is the loving father of Tony (Michelle) Fiedler and Brad (Nichole) Fiedler; affectionately known as Papa aka Bud to his grandchildren Cole, Wyatt, Hailey, Hayden and Hunter. Edwin was also a dear brother to Hugo (Goldie) Fiedler and Gita (Gordie) Layton.

Paul Gordon Fortney passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Raymond Health Centre on September 8, 2017 at the age of 78. He will be loved and missed by his 5 children Chris, Kelvin (Sandra), Debbie (Aaron), Joe and David (Shannon), his 7 grandchildren Matt (Joyeuse), Nikki (Nathan), Miranda, Kirt, Alex, Anabelle and baby Ryker, his 2 great-grandchildren Lucas and Isla, his siblings Joan, Gene, Jim and his dog Thor.

ROBERT "BOB" CHARLES FORTIN, beloved partner of Tabetha Renning. Our Bob, the love of our lives left us at 5:35 a.m. on May 26, 2017 after a courageous battle against cancer at the age of 48, he passed away surrounded by his family. Bob was born in Pointe Claire, Quebec on Oct. 17, 1968. He filled our lives with love & laughter and was known for his generous nature. Bob's family moved to Lethbridge in 1977 where he finished his school and went onto the auto body field.

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lino Ficur on Friday, May 26th, 2017 with his wife and family by his side at the Chinook Regional Hospital, at the age of 83. Lino was born in Isola D'Istria, Italy on July 19th, 1933. He immigrated to Canada in March of 1957. He is predeceased by his father, Francisci and his mother Mariae, brother Riccardo, brother-in-law Palmerino Iafrancesco, sister-in-law Antonietta Kern and nephew, Rob Kern.

It is with sorrow, but wonderful memories, that we mark the death of our dear mother, MONICA DELORES FETTIG, in Lethbridge on Sunday, May 7th, 2017. We celebrate the extraordinary ninety-nine year journey of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and matriarch. Monica is survived by her three daughters, Sharon Howells (Al) of Taber, Shirley Jensen (Dennis) of Lethbridge, and Sheila (Terry) Roth of Coaldale, and her treasured grandchildren: Rhonda, Darren, Malcolm and Michelle; Craig and Lisa; and Tim, Erin and Courtney.
