KAJ MARTIN ELKJAER, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at the Fairmont Extendicare, on Saturday, August 20th, 2016 at the age of 96 years. He was predeceased by his loving wife Ketty of 73 years in 2015. Kaj is survived by Liss (Don) Kundich, Kurt (Thelma) Elkjaer, Karin (Don) Fung, Linda (Bob) Copeland, Peter (Janet) Elkjaer, Sonja Elkjar, Darren (Carie) Elkjaer; grandchildren Robert, Marty, Monique, Shane, Stacey, Martin, Kathleen, Michael (deceased), Nigel, Justin, Ryan, Kerri, Scott, Tamara, Krista, Taylor, David, Jennifer, Daniel, Cayla and many great and great great-grandchildren.

KETTY ELKJAER (nee OLSEN), of Lethbridge, beloved wife of Kaj Elkjaer of 73 years, passed away at the Fairmont Extendicare on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the age of 92 years. Besides her loving husband Kaj, she is survived by seven children; Liss (Don M.) Kundich, Kurt (Thelma) Elkjaer, Karin (Don) Fung, Linda (Bob) Copeland, Peter (Janet) Elkjaer, Sonja Sinclair and Darren (Carie) Elkjaer, grandchildren Robert, Marty, Monique, Shane, Stacey, Martin, Kathleen, Michael (deceased), Nigel, Justin, Ryan, Kerri, Scott, Tamara, Krista, Taylor, David, Jennifer, Daniel, Cayla and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

DENNIS ELL, beloved husband of Mrs. Dianne Ell of Lethbridge, passed away suddenly Monday, October 10th, 2011 at the age of 57 years. Besides his loving wife Dianne, Dennis is survived by parents-in-law Les & Isabel Androkovich, sister Glenna, brothers-in-law Allan (Patti) and Leslie, nephews Jordan and Cameron, niece Sue (Mike), great-nephew & -niece Zac & Genna, and best friend, travel-buddy, co-worker & confidante Milton (Darlene) Loitz. He was predeceased by parents Martin & Marie Ell, numerous aunts and uncles, and a favourite cousin / “brother from another mother,” Gerry.

MARTIN ELL, beloved husband of the late Marie Ell of Lethbridge, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, November 26th, 2010 at the age of 87 years. Martin is survived by daughter Glenna Ell, son Dennis (Dianne) Ell, grand-daughter Sue (Mike) Medhurst, and was the beloved “Papa” of great-grandchildren Zachary and Gen?vi?ve, all of Lethbridge, Alberta. Martin was born September 21st, 1923 to Joseph and Philomena Ell of Grassy Lake. The eldest of four children, Martin received his education at the Sherburne School and was the Catcher for the championship Grassy Lake Baseball Team.

ELLA LOUISE BRANDVOLD (NEE HILLMER), of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Edward Brandvold, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2013 at the age of 81 years. Ella was born on January 22, 1932 in Magrath, AB where she was raised and educated. She went on to train as a nursing aid. Ella began working in the Carmangay Hospital, this is where she met Ed Brandvold and they were married March 27, 1953.

ELLICOTT JEFFERY ELLICOTT, beloved husband of Frances Ellicott, of Raymond, passed away at the Good Samaritans in Raymond on Friday, June 17, 2011 at the age of 79 years. Besides his loving wife he is survived by his three children Jeffery Frank, Julia Ann, Jeremy Paul and one granddaughter Elizabeth. He was predeceased by one brother and one sister. Jeffery was born August 6, 1931 in Plymouth, England. At an early age he joined the English Navy and served in Korea.

ELLIOT WHEELER, beloved son of Grieg & Cheryl Wheeler and best friend and brother of Eric, passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday, April 6, 2008 at the age of 24. He will be missed terribly by grandparents Allan and Kay Wheeler of Lethbridge and Ivy D’Cunha of Taber, many aunts, uncles and cousins, his girlfriend Ashley Costigan and countless friends. He was predeceased by his grandfather Ken D’Cunha. Elliot was caring, carefree, humorous, adventurous, enthusiastic and above all, thoughtful and loving.

Mrs. Lillian Rose Elliott passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 75 years. Lil was predeceased by her husband Edward, her parents Charles and Rose Urban, brothers Charles and William, and sisters Peggy and Hilda. Lil was the last surviving member of her family. Lil is survived by her children Albert Azzara of Red Deer, Cindy (Murray) Charles of Lethbridge, Kelly (Denise) Elliott of Lethbridge, and Tina (Michael) Wanner of Cowley, Alberta.

Mr. GEORGE LIND ELLIS, beloved husband for 60 years to Racille (nee Hummel) Ellis, was born in Champion on September 11, 1928 to Bill and Jean Ellis. George is survived by his wife, his sons: Tom (Margo) and Dick (Izzy); son-in-law, Doug Wright (Val); grandchildren: Brock (Amanda) Ellis, Darrell Ellis, LaRae Ellis, Jonathan Wright, Jessica Wright, Jeffrey Ellis, and Georgi Ellis; great grandchildren: Tayler and Nate Ellis. He is also survived by his sister, Anne Siler, brother, Jim (Audrey) Ellis, brother-in-law, Ramon (Jean) Hummel, sisters-in-law: Dorothy Degenstein and Alice Hummel; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
