CANDACE CRYSTAL WOLODCHENKO beloved daughter of Ron and Ingrid, sister to Nicole and aunt to Kashton, of Shaughnessy, Alberta, passed away suddenly on December 24, 2008 at the age of 17 years. Besides her parents, sister and nephew, Candace is survived by her oma and opa Selma and Willy Mohrmann of Shaughnessy, grandma Helen Wolodchenko of Red Cliff, aunts and uncles; Ursula Jacklin (Glen) of Wyndell, BC, Walter (Joanne) Mohrmann of Coalhurst, Erika Kirsch (Bill) of Lethbridge, Rudy Mohrmann of Shaughnessy, Monika Mohrmann of Shaughnessy, Mike (Amy) Mohrmann of Shaughnessy, special uncle ‘Onkel’ Leo Kirsch and Reinhold Kirsch of Shaughnessy, Marlene (Larry) Payton of Elkford, BC and Shirl Black (Chuck) of Medicine Hat.

BASILIO CARCAMO, of Stirling, AB, passed away at home on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at the age of 75 years. "Jesus said, I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies." As per Basilio's request, no funeral service will be held. Rest in Peace. You will be Forever Remembered.

MR. CARL BABICK, beloved husband of the late Lucille Babick, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Saturday, November 24, 2007 at the age of 82 years. He is survived by his children Lorne Babick of Lethbridge and Lorraine Babick of Red Deer, grandchildren Russell (Astrid) Weninger of Edmonton, Stephan (Andrea) Weninger of Red Deer and Marie (Paul) Henderson of Calgary and great grandchildren Allison, Haley and Ethan of Red Deer.

CARL CHASE, beloved husband of Sheryl Chase, passed away peacefully after a brief battle with cancer on January 23, 2009 at the age of 66 years. Carl was born in Jemseg, NB on January 10, 1943. He joined the Royal Canadian Navy in 1960 and served on tribal class destroyers until his discharge in 1963. In 1964 Carl joined the Canadian Army and served until 1966 in the Signal Corp as a signalman.

HENRY ‘CARL’ WINKLER, beloved husband of Mary Winkler, of Stirling, AB, passed away at home, on Sunday, June 28, 2009 at the age of 76 years. He is the loving father of Charles Winkler of Fort Nelson, BC, Gary (Christine) Winkler of Lousana, AB, Cindy (Randy) Oler of Lethbridge, AB, and a caring Grandfather to Dustin, Daniel, Lacy, Cody, Dylan and Jessica. He is also survived by his sister Mary Wood, Sister in law Elsie Kenney and Brother in law, David Halvorsen.

DENNIS NORMAN CARLSON, beloved husband of Hazel Carlson of Lethbridge, AB, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at the age of 83 years. He is the loving father of: Jack Carlson of Vancouver, BC, Linda Nelson of Camrose, AB, Patricia (Brock) Justinick of Calgary, AB and Kathy (Rob) Brooks of Shilo, MB; five grandchildren, Jennifer (Tanis) Justinick, Jayme Burke, Andrea Nelson, Trudy (Derek) Bennett, Jack Justinick and three great grandchildren, Sienna, Maddox and Ryker Bennett.

POEHLMANN MRS. CAROL JEAN POEHLMANN (nee Teynor) of Lethbridge, passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 5th, 2013 at the age of 62 years. Carol is survived by her grandson Devin Kenna, her mother Trudy Kazokas, brothers and sisters Wayne (Jennett) Clark & family, Lynda (Rod) Hamilton & family, Gayle (Ron) Teramura & family, Jon Teynor, Marj (Marvin) Sheen & family, Joan (Gary) Risler & family, Peggy Carpenter (Dave Murray) & family and Wally Kazokas.

CAROL ANNE SZPAK of Lethbridge, AB, passed away at St. Michael’s Palliative Care Unit on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 at the age of 61 years after a valiant battle with cancer. Carol is survived by Gordie, her loving husband of 42 years and their son Darren (Stephanie) of Victoria and daughter Lori (Tom Borau) of Calgary and precious granddaughter Madison Borau. Carol is also survived by her sister Valerie (Tim Seehagel), brother Clark Johnson, mother-in-law Ann Szpak, sisters-in-law Sharon (Ken Moriyama), Charlene (Bill Hutton), brothers-in-law Stephen Szpak and Marvin (June) Walker, stepmother Lillian Johnson, stepsisters Ashala Bracken and Terry (Bruce Johnson) as well as numerous nieces and a nephew.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of DONALD GAIL CARPENTER at the age of 79 years on June 7th, 2018 after a long battle with leukemia. Don left behind his wife Elinor of 54 years, daughter Stacey, son Scott, and three grand-daughters Ashton, Skye and Shyla. Don joined the Lethbridge Fire Department on June 1st, 1964, advanced to Platoon Chief in 1997 and retired in February of 2000.
