It is with great sadness that we, the family of NORBERT (PONOKAI PIIKSKA SIN) BRUISED HEAD announce his passing on December 9, 2010 at the Chinook Regional Hospital at the age of 66 years after a lengthy illness. Norbert is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Vera, children Tammy Oka, Timmy (Erin) Oka, Jason (Nicolle) Oka, Trevor Oka, Sonny (Jolene) Bruised Head, Ian (Samantha) Bruised Head and Basil (Heather) Devine, his cherished grandchildren: Raven, Kristy, Niico, Abreu, Mario, Daniel, Riel, Sunny Dawn, Clyde Jr.

BILL BUCKMAN, 74, of Picture Butte, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 7, 2016. He was born on November 2, 1942 in Lethbridge to Henry "Slim" and Katherine "Katie" and lived all his life in the Barrhill/Picture Butte area. Dad was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and camping. He was a lifetime member of the Picture Butte Fish & Game and a 50 year member of the Elks Club in Picture Butte.

CORNELIUS PHILLIP ANTON ‘BUD’ ALBIEZ, beloved husband of Arleen Edith, of Lethbridge, slipped away peacefully from our home into the arms of the Lord just before dawn after a brief illness on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at the age of 82 years. He is the loving father of one daughter, Maureen Robin Albiez and one son, Kurt Phillip (Corinne) Albiez; three treasured grandsons, Mark Phillip (Rachel), Jamie Louis and Byron Patrick Albiez, all of Lethbridge.

He is survived by his wife Mary of 63 years; sons Wayne (Patricia) Petersen of Lethbridge, Rand (Michelle) Petersen and Lonny (Dennice) Petersen, both of Edmonton; grandchildren Kristen Moreau (Mike) and Richard (Carmen) of Edmonton; Scott (Erin) and Ian (Michelle) of Lethbridge; great granddaughter Sophia Moreau of Edmonton; sister Zola Webber, of Mylo; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

EARL ‘BUD’ WOCKNITZ, beloved husband of the late Elsie Wocknitz of Magrath, passed away at the Good Samaritan Society of Magrath, on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at the age of 89 years. ‘Bud’ was born on December 23, 1918 at the family farm north of Magrath. Bud spent his whole life on the family farm until his retirement. He received all of his education at Farm Hill School north of Magrath and east of the family farm.

She is survived by her children Carol (Jerry) Becker of Abbotsford, B.C. and Don (Diane) Bulpitt of Lethbridge. STACY LEANNE BURNETT, loving wife of 30 years to Gary Burnett of Lethbridge Alberta, passed away at home surrounded by family and love on Tuesday, March 17, 2015. She was born July 3,1964 in Magrath and spent a cherished childhood on the McIntyre Ranch, where her cowgirl spirit was born and thrived. She became a wonderful and strong mother with the birth of her daughter Nadine and married the love of her life Gary and his son Jeremy and completed our perfect family with the birth of their son, Kyle.

JACK BUTLIN, of Lethbridge, beloved husband of the late Jean Butlin, who predeceased him last year, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Tuesday, March 1st, 2016 at the age of 93 years. Beloved father of two sons, Barry (Rosanne) of Mill Bay, B.C., and Bruce (Brenda) of Trail, B.C. He is also the beloved step father of Deeidra Ott of Lethbridge. He is survived by six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two brothers, one sister and many nieces and nephews.
