LILLY HILDA BROWN, of Raymond, passed away at the Good Samaritan Society Prairie Ridge in Raymond, AB, on Monday, July 5, 2010 at the age of 81 years. Lilly is survived by her children; Ian (Colleen) Brown of Cochrane, AB., Richard (Sandy) Brown of Lethbridge, AB., and Douglas (Lynda) Brown of Lethbridge, AB., as well as 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Theodore (Mable) Majeski, sisters Helene Majeski, Olga (Andy) Skilik and Marjorie Ripley.

ROBERT ANDREW (BOB) BROWN of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Donna, passed away suddenly on February 9, 2010 at the age of 54 years. In addition to Donna, Bob is survived by his daughters Tanyia of Calgary and Karlee of Vulcan, Donna’s children Nicola and Randall of Lethbridge, his sister Marj of Didsbury, plus many nephews, nieces, cousins and in-laws. Bob was predeceased by his parents Andrew and Jean Brown. Bob was born April 12, 1955 and grew up in the Vulcan area on his parents’ farm.

MR. RUSSELL NORMAN BROWN, predeceased by Stella Alice Brown, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Edith Cavell Care Centre on June 30, 2011 at the age of 83 years. Russell is the loving father of Debbie of Big Valley, AB, Brent of Spirit River, AB, Kathy of Denare Beach, SK, Valerie of Killarney, MB, Betty-Jean of Lethbridge, AB, Donna of Big Lake, MN and Koren and Marty of Airdrie, AB. Along with 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

BRUCE JOHN BERTE, beloved husband of Mrs. Reta Berte, of Coalhurst, AB. passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, July 31st, 2013 at the age of 73 years. Bruce was the loving father of son Randy Berte (Sue) of Lethbridge, daughters Taralyn Berte (Dave) of Lethbridge and Loralie (Tate) Baker of Magrath, Alberta. He is survived by his loving grandchildren Cole Berte and Taelan Baker of Magrath, also his sisters Delores and Joyce Berte, numerous nieces and nephews as well as his faithful companion Justice.

BILL BUCKMAN, 74, of Picture Butte, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 7, 2016. He was born on November 2, 1942 in Lethbridge to Henry "Slim" and Katherine "Katie" and lived all his life in the Barrhill/Picture Butte area. Dad was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and camping. He was a lifetime member of the Picture Butte Fish & Game and a 50 year member of the Elks Club in Picture Butte.

He is the loving father of one daughter, Maureen Robin Albiez and one son, Kurt Phillip (Corinne) Albiez; three treasured grandsons, Mark Phillip (Rachel), Jamie Louis and Byron Patrick Albiez, all of Lethbridge.

EARL ‘BUD’ WOCKNITZ, beloved husband of the late Elsie Wocknitz of Magrath, passed away at the Good Samaritan Society of Magrath, on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at the age of 89 years. ‘Bud’ was born on December 23, 1918 at the family farm north of Magrath. Bud spent his whole life on the family farm until his retirement. He received all of his education at Farm Hill School north of Magrath and east of the family farm.
