BERNARD (Bernie) ROY THOMPSON peacefully left us after a brief illness on December 28, 2012 at the age of 89 years. Bernie is survived by Betty Thompson, his beloved wife of 66 years as well as a large and supportive family. Those left behind to miss him include: Wayne (Pam) Thompson, Gary (Gail) Thompson, Gayle (Nick) Bowes, Sherry (Alan) Norris, Joy (Bill) Derry, Teri (John Ondrik) Johnston, Trevor (Wendy) Thompson, Shaun (Michelle)Thompson; grandchildren Shane and Chad Thompson, Tracey and Gerald Wagner, Dan and Lorie Lashley, Jason and Jami Thompson, Jody and Andrea Carpenter, Tyler and Cherie Bowes, Derek Bowes and Sandra McMurray, Mike and Haley Renner, Brad and Dana Johnson, Jesse and Amanda Norris, Shannon Derry, Cameron Derry, Conner Derry, Kyle and Cheryl Johnston, Erin Johnston, Drew Thompson and Jack Thompson.

BERNARD CARL BASTIAN, beloved husband of Rae, was called home peacefully to be with the Lord, on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the age of 82 years. Left to cherish his memory are his best friend and loving wife of 30 years, Rae; one sister, Bernice; one son, Donald; daughter-in-law Linda Malesza, two grandsons, Garrett and Ward Bastian; numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as many cousins.

MR. BERNARD TALLMAN “Siipistapii”, beloved husband of Mrs. Rita Tallman, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, October 11, 2010 at the age of 84 years. Bernard was born on July 8, 1926 in Cardston, Alberta. Through a traditional customary adoption as a baby of five months, he became the child of his grandparents Spitaikowan Tallman and Saokiisinopakii Bibi. Bernard married the love of his life Rita Healy on April 17, 1949 and shared 61 years together.

BERNARD G. WEHLAGE of Milk River, AB, passed away at the Milk River Hospital on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at the age of 91 years. Ben is survived by two brothers Edwin (Yvonne) Wehlage and Elmer (Marjorie) Wehlage, both of Milk River, AB. and his sister - in - law Marie Wehlage of Lethbridge, AB. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Ben was predeceased by his parents Anton and Anna Wehlage, two brothers Arthur and Albert (Olive) Wehlage, and his sister Hilda (Frances) Belisle.

A Visitation was held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. Burial took place in Tompkins Cemetery, Tompkins, Saskatchewan on Thursday, August 9, 2007.

She is the loving mother of one daughter Florence (Ray) Boeckx of Calgary, two grandsons, Grant (Janet) Boeckx of Vernon and Brent (Linda) Boeckx of Calgary and two great grandchildren Paris and Jane. Bernice is also survived by three brothers and two sisters; Anthony (Anne) Prosk of Lethbridge, Steve Prosk of Okanogan Valley, BC, Edward (Sharlene) Prosk of Calgary, Nellie Ban of Lethbridge and Mary Hoge of Granum and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is the loving mother of Dreyton and Jaimie Kuffler of Strathmore. She is also survived by her parents Shirley and Glen Berry of Lethbridge, one sister and two brothers, Jody (Tony) Lawrence of Langley, BC, Ryan (Karly) Berry of Kimberley, BC and Chris (Lori) Berry of Lethbridge as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Albert (Bert) Kormos. It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Bert Kormos, beloved husband of Maggie Kormos. Bert passed away peacefully at the Taber Hospital at the age of 80 years. Born in Pacin Hungary, Bert and his mother immigrated to Canada in 1930 to join his father. He completed his schooling in Raymond and then settled with his family on their farm in the Coaldale area.
