Esther, I am honoured to have spent 25+ years with Maurice as part of the "Y" Noon hour Group. He is/was part of my "regular routine" and I will miss him dearly. It's hard to believe he won't be there, setting up my step for me, talking about his most recent trip, his children, the downsizing to a smaller home - those couple of minute chats at the beginning or the end of class. Over the years we did many different classes together - running, cross training, aerobics, step, yoga, spin (his least favourite) to Zumba (I think he liked it, though he refused to move from the back row.) I was there the day he cracked his rib; we never did that exercise drill again... It will be strange to go class without him, though I have many fond memories of him and I know I will think of him often, smile and remember the funny things he said or did. He was a wonderful person. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
A wonderful man in all respects. I cannot count the number of "gems of wisdom" and great laughter he gave me over all these many years. I keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
Esther and family - so sad to hear of this. Muarice was a mentor and a role model for me - a gentleman to be admired.
My thoughts and prayers are with you Esther, and all of your family! May all of your joyous memories help you through this very difficult time.
Our deepest condolences to Esther and the whole family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time! He will be dearly missed - if there is anything we can do to assist you in any way in the future please don't hesitate to call! Love, Lise and Jim
