MRS. GERTRUDE “TRUDY” KRUEGER, beloved wife of Mr. Diethelm Krueger of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully with her family at her side at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at the age of 68 years.

Besides her loving husband, Trudy is survived by; her sons Daniel (Tanya) and Michael (Janice) of Lethbridge, 5 grandchildren; Taya, Jayda, Tyson, Cadence and Lauren as well as sister Lydia (Alfred) Betke of Coaldale.

She was predeceased by her 3 brothers; Reinhold, Julius and Siegmund.

Trudy was a Nursing Aide for more than 25 years and accomplished much in her life including raising her 2 sons. She was a compassionate, thoughtful and honourable woman with a unique sense of humour and quick wit who truly loved her family. Trudy always had a big heart and looked forward to any family functions. She loved seeing the grandchildren grow up and spending time with them. She was a beloved wife, mother and friend and will be deeply missed.

A Funeral Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, Alberta, on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Richard Brown officiating.

Interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
