ETHEL KOZAK, beloved wife of the late Michael Kozak, passed away peacefully in Lethbridge on Saturday, September 2nd, 2017 at the age of 92 years.

A Private Family Interment will be held at Mountain View Cemetery with the Reverend Canon James Robinson officiating.
