GERALD KOSTKA, of Lethbridge, beloved companion of Maria Buckman, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at the age of 78 years.

A Private Family Interment will be held at a later date at Mountain View Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gerald's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation - 100-119 14 Street NW, Calgary AB, T2N 1Z6.
