WILLIAM HENRY KONYNENBELT of Nobleford, loving and devoted husband of Wilhelmina Irene Konynenbelt, passed away peacefully in Lethbridge at the Chinook Regional Hospital on December 18, 2010 surrounded by his family. He was born on December 13, 1938 in Lethbridge to E.J. and Minnie Konynenbelt and was raised in Nobleford along with his brother Andrew.
He will be missed by his wife of 48 years, Wilhelmina, his children; Valerie (Allan) Koot of Lethbridge, Charlene (Rudy) Blaauwendraat of Truro, NS, Leanne Konynenbelt (John Wrinn) of Ottawa, ON and Greg (Shauna) Konynenbelt of Nobleford, his grandchildren; Sadie Stout, Danielle (Alex) Putici, Jeremy (Chanel) Koot, Brian Koot (Hanne Johansen), Amanda, Rachelle, Ryan and Trevor Blaauwendraat and Emilee, McKennan and Carson Konynenbelt, his great-grandchild Hadley Koot and his brother Andrew (Elizabeth) Konynenbelt and their children. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held in the Nobleford/Monarch Cemetery on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at the NOBLEFORD CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH, 522 Highway Avenue, Nobleford, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Kevin Jordan officiating.
