LYDIA KASZAS passed away in Lethbridge on Saturday Feb 5, 2011 at the age of 90. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph Kaszas, Lydia is survived by her brother Louie (Ruth) Revesz, her five daughters, Gloria (Keith) Samuels, Marliyn (Larry) Marleau, Ruth (Ken) Landon, Judy (Ron) Quigley and Debbie (Kelly) Chikmoroff; 6 grandchildren, Robyn (Zander) Robertson, Ryan Samuels, Aaron (Noel) Penton, Andrea (Kyle) Rohachuk, Samantha Chikmoroff and Cashen Chikmoroff; 5 great-grand children, Ronan, Zahra, James, Ella and Adelyn. Lydia was a busy homemaker, she enjoyed her flower gardens and sewing for her girls. She was hospitable and a friend to all that passed through her home. Lydia loved life and she loved God, she was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1949. She will be remembered by many. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the nurses on Ward 4 and to Lydia’s physician, Dr. Dalphond. A memorial service will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, February 12th, at the WESTSIDE KINGDOM HALL OF JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES, 5 Rocky Mountain Blvd W. Lethbridge.
