Joseph was born and raised in Iron Springs. When he married MaryAnn, they bought a farm in Lomond, where they raised their family. In between farming seasons, Joseph worked on the Oil Rigs for many years.
Later in life, Joseph and MaryAnn moved back to an acreage in Iron Springs, where he raised lamas, red waddle pigs, started an orchard and gardening. He also worked for LNID as well.
Finally, Joseph and MaryAnn retired to Lethbridge. Joseph enjoyed being a farmer and being with his children and grandchildren.
A private family service will be held.
