JAY GUY HILLMAN passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, May 27, 2008. He is survived by his loving wife Jo and children; Jay (Sandy), Jon (Kim), Cyd (Jake) and Kate (Sheldon) and grandchildren, cousins Lawrence (Shirley) Black of Stettler, AB, Dale (Vera) Lawrence of Medicine Hat, AB as well as many great friends. His family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to Dr. David Stewart and staff at the Family Medical Clinic, the physicians and nurses in the emergency department of the Chinook Regional Hospital, staff at the Tom Baker Cancer Clinic and to the Lethbridge EMS crews for their tremendous care and support to Jay over the last six years. No service will be held at the family’s request.
