KAREN JEAN HICKS, of Lethbridge, passed away at Fairmont Extendicare on Monday, April 6, 2020 at the age of 76 years.
KAREN JEAN HICKS, of Lethbridge, passed away at Fairmont Extendicare on Monday, April 6, 2020 at the age of 76 years.
Karen is survived by two sisters, Eleanor Fisher and Brenda (Richard) Mitchell; four brothers, Cliff (Shirley) Hicks, Burt (Darlene) Hicks, Ralph (Helen) Hicks and Lyle (Jean) Hicks; and sister-in-law Jean Hicks as well as several nieces and nephews.
Karen was predeceased by her parents, Ed and Myrtle (Spencer) Hicks and brother Bryon Hicks.
Karen graduated high school in Melita, MB, and was employed there with the Royal Bank. She later moved to Winnipeg and continued in various positions with the bank until her retirement. She then moved to Lethbridge. She will be missed and remembered by all who knew her.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Every time I think of Aunty Karen I hear her contagious and hearty laugh. We will always treasure the Christmas ornaments that she made for us.
