Her favorite poem was “A House By The Side Of The Road” and to many, she and her home were truly the house by the side of the road. Her family and numerous friends will remember her for her keen wit and sense of humor. Along her life path, Lynne made many long lasting and close friends, which was very evident by the support she and her family received during her lengthy illness. We will all miss her laughter and ability to see things on the lighter side. Her strong faith and her belief that better things are yet to come, allowed her to accept her ALS diagnosis with courage, dignity and gave her the strength to set a positive example for all of us throughout her devastating illness. When you see a butterfly, hear the chirp of a robin or feel a warm breeze on your cheek, smile, say a brief prayer and remember Lynne for her free spirit and love of God’s beautiful creations. Give thanks Lynne is with her Lord and Savior, free of pain and no longer struggling with ALS. Remember, Lynne’s love is like the wind, you cannot see it but you can feel it.
