GEORGIA LYNN AJTAI of Lethbridge passed away peacefully at home on July 24, 2008 at the age of 63 years. She is the loving Mother of Jo-Lynn Ajtai (Mark Litchfield) of Lethbridge and Jennifer Ajtai-Kugler (Marc) of Lethbridge and Grandmother of Patrick and Keir Ajtai. She is also survived by two sisters, Hazel Ulvestad of Spruce Grove and Isabella Holberton of Lethbridge; one brother Tom (Kathy) Holberton of Edmonton; father Colin (Isabella) Preece of Duncan, B.C. and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by parents Bill and Mabel. Georgia was born August 4, 1944 in Lethbridge where she was raised and educated. She was married to the late Salamon Ajtai for over 30 years with whom she had her two daughters. After raising her family she returned to the work force. Georgia was a member of the Ladies Auxilliary and Chinookettes Trefoil Guild of Girl Guides of Canada. Georgia was a loving Mother and Grandmother who loved to bake and garden, especially with her two Grandsons. She was very devoted to her family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 1:00 pm with Major Glenn Habkirk officiating. Interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
