FRANK STEVEN FUDRA, beloved husband of Jean Fudra, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, with his wife and daughters by his side, on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at the age of 74 years.

FRANK STEVEN FUDRA, beloved husband of Jean Fudra, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, with his wife and daughters by his side, on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at the age of 74 years.

Along with his wife of 53 years, he will be remembered by their daughters, Tamara Nelson (Robert Coleman) and Raquel (Nick) Polychronopoulos; four precious grandchildren: Britain, Taylor, Evangelos and Noah; mother-in-law Evelyn Pickering; sister Louise (Gordon) Balderston and brothers-in-law Ken (Linda) Pickering, Ray (Michelle) Pickering, and Dale (Cheree) Pickering, as well as all of their families.

Frank was predeceased by his parents Steve and Annie Fudra, and brother Jack.

Frank was born on September 9, 1946, at St. Michael's Hospital in Lethbridge, and raised on the farm at Broxburn. He married the sweetheart of his life, Jean, in February 1968. He bought a farm in 1969 at Rolling Hills, before moving back to Lethbridge in 1975. He worked at Canada Packer's and Swift's, and then owned and operated Frank's Deli in Lethbridge, retiring in 2000. Frank loved to travel with family and friends, and in particular with Jeanie.

Following his retirement, Frank kept active by volunteering for many organizations, including the Lethbridge Hurricane's Hockey Hounds, Galt #8 Mine Society, Friends of Chinook Health Region and the Sierra's of Courtyard Terrace.

The family would like to thank all of the staff at the Chinook Regional Hospital ICU Unit for their loving care.

A Funeral Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2825 - 32 Street South, Lethbridge, AB, on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. with Patrick Siedlecki officiating.

Following the Reception, Frank will be laid to rest in the Temple Hill Cemetery.
