He was the second oldest of 12. Preceded by his brother Sam, John, Carmen, And his nephew Bruno. He has five children of his own Daryl Perrotta (Mel, Kyle), Bill Perrotta (Mike), Karen Perrotta (deceased), Tracy Platt (Bill, Nathan) and Shari Koski (Kadence). His step-children include Laura Kooy (Shannon, Amber, Jayden), Troy Moch (Janene, Brooklyn, Brett). He is survived by his current wife Marlies.

He was a welder by trade for the University of Lethbridge maintenance department and was a Securities Commissionaire of Alberta in Lethbridge for over 30 years. Prior to that, owning a Texico gas station with his brother Sam in Eaglesham, Alberta. He was well known for his kind nature, boisterous laugh and his love for spaghetti. He will be truly missed.
