NELSON LAVERNE EVANS passed away peacefully and surrounded by his family on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at the age of 81 years.

Nelson will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years, Marilyn and his children, Jim (Cathy), Faye (Shawn), Holly, George (Charmaine) and John (Wanda). He will also be greatly missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In honour of Nelson, a Service of Remembrance will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 1:00 P.M., with Pastor Lorne Willms officiating. A reception will follow.
