ELIAS J. ENTZ, born September 14, 1936, passed away peacefully in the Chinook Regional Hospital on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at the age of 78 years. His words a few hours before he passed were, "I am almost asleep now and will wake up in the Lord's arms." What a blessed assurance!!

ENTZ, ELIAS J. knew Jesus as his personal Saviour and it was his desire to serve him fully, realizing that not only did he receive forgiveness of his sin but needed God's grace from day to day.

Elias spent 65 of his years at the New Elm Colony and then moved to Coalhurst in April of 2002 where he now resided.

He is survived by his loving wife Mary, his two sons Levi (Emma) and Matthew (Rosa), one daughter Rosa and 15 grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews and his sister Rebecca (Ontario).

Elias was predeceased by his parents John and Anna Entz of the New Elm Colony, four brothers, John, Andrew, Sam and Peter and three sisters Susie, Sara and Magdelena.

He will be sadly missed by all but good memories will linger on.

A Visitation will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.

A Message of Hope Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. with message being given by Joe Clark.
