DAVID M. ENTZ, passed away peacefully in his home and surrounded by his family at the River Road Colony, on Saturday, April 25th, 2015 at the age of 39 years.

A Funeral Service will be held at the RIVER ROAD COLONY on Tuesday, April 28th, 2015 at 12:00 Noon.

An Interment Service will follow at the River Road Colony Cemetery.
