It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of DELOYD ELL, on Friday, January 30, 2015 at the age of 74 years.Deloyd is survived by his loving wife and best friend Shirley. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Juanita (Tony) and Laurence (Theresa), three grandchildren, Christina (John), Nicole and Dillan. He is also survived by two nephews Wayne and Greg (Jean) and two great nephews Cory (Carmen) and Jeff and one great niece Shaylee.He was predeceased by his parents Laurence and Barbara Ell, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie (Sam) Hofer and Pauline (Tony) Miller and father and mother-in-law Doug and Fran Morrison.Deloyd was the Grand Knight for the Knights of Columbus, Council #5726 and President for the 60 Plus Club.Deloyd loved spending time with his family and will be sadly missed."You will be in our hearts forever and we love you. Your struggle is now over, rest in peace."A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at OUR LADY OF ASSUMPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2405 - 12 Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. with Father Roque Pereira as Celebrant.In memory of Deloyd, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, #204, 2323 - 32 Avenue NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 6Z3, or theHeart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta, NWT & NU, 100, 119 - 14 Street NW. Calgary, Alberta, T2N 1Z6
