Dear Mike and the rest of the Sander family. Elaine was the happiest person i knew at Sunny South. She smiled, sang and it was sll contagious. We played our accordion’s together and i listened to 5 of her friends joining in with instruments or just sang along. She was such an inspiration. I visited with her a few at St Terese and he bright smile was still shing. Im gonna miss Miss Elaine. She was like family. I will always cherish the memories of Elaine and I'm so sorry for your loss. I remember Elaine when she was living at Sunny South in Coaldale, once a week she would bring out her guitar to the dining area and start singing, her favorite song "Goodnight Irene" My condolences to the family. Rest in Peace Elaine.

As a volunteer at St. Therese, I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Elaine over the last few months. She always had a cheery smile, positive attitude and a warm friendly demeanor. The last time we chatted she showed me the pink bird house made by a friend and the bird feeder outside her window where she loved to watch the birds. My heart goes out your family at this difficult time. Rest easy Elaine, you will be missed.
