EDWARD PETER DYCK passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Wednesday, January 16th, 2013 at the age of 74 years. Dad was born on January 10, 1939 in Lethbridge. He grew up on the family farm in Grassy Lake, Alberta. He loved to farm, but loved to truck even more. For over forty years he was the ultimate professional trucker. He loved to laugh and visit and was everyone’s friend. He is survived by his wife Lorraine and children and grandchildren, including Randy (Donna) Dyck & children, Danny (Julienne) Dyck & children, Carrie (Roy) Johnson & children, Tracy (Rob) Kerner & children, Daryl Dyck and fiance Terri Davis. He is also survived by his sisters, Lorretta Romaniuk & children, Dianna (Duncan) Fisk & children, Leona (Werner) Gronemeyer & children, May Urban, Darlene Poch, Fay Pelletier & children and Dean (Sue) Poch. He was predeceased by his parents, Henry & Kay Dyck. It was Ed’s wish that no formal funeral service be held. Cremation.
