MR. ROY DORAM, beloved husband of Mrs. Eleanor Doram, of Coaldale/Readymade, passed away suddenly with his family by his side at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, January 14, 2011 at the age of 67 years. Besides his loving wife of 50 years, Eleanor Doram (nee Voth), he is survived by two daughters and two sons; Holly, Stewart (Cleom), Rhonda (Todd Leslie) and Cameron Doram, and three grandchildren Kolton, Corbin and Shae-Lynn Doram. Roy is also survived by five brothers and one sister and their families. He was predeceased by son Gregory Roy, parents Joseph and Eleanor Doram, in-laws Peter and Margaret Voth and one brother. Roy was a very proud homesteading member of the Readymade community. He always had fond memories of his basketball days with the Readymade Cobras and baseball teams. His creative talents of country singing/song writing, artwork and community volunteering will be greatly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held at the MCKILLOP UNITED CHURCH, 2329-15 Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Trevor Potter officiating.
