It is with broken hearts that the family of GEORGIA GAYE DONALDSON announce her passing at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the age of 71 years.

Georgia is survived by her two sons, Corey of Lethbridge and Chris (Marnie) of West Vancouver BC; much loved grandchildren, Zoe and Jax Donaldson of West Vancouver BC; sister Ger (Derrick) Blasco of Surrey, BC and their children, Brad and Heather; and very special Aunt Louise Collar (Aunt Booie) of Fort Macleod.

Georgia was one of those people who made everyone feel special and loved, and in turn she had many, many friends the world over. But some of her 'special girls' were Sonia (Don) Fields, Judy Matlock and Donna Wiebe, whom she loved as family. She was close to Courtney and Lindsay Field and Amy Harris, to whom she was their 'Aunt Georgia'. Georgia was predeceased by her parents, George and Gladys (Pearson) Milley, brother Gary Milley, grandparents George and Sadie (McNeil) Milley and Stewart and Emily (Pike) Milley as well as many aunts and uncles and very special uncle Jim Collar.

A kind and generous soul who will be greatly missed, Georgia was born on January 28, 1949 in Fort Macleod Alberta to George and Gladys (Pearson) Milley. After she graduated from Fort Macleod High School she went to University in Victoria, BC. Georgia worked for many years at the Dept.of Environment in Lethbridge before going to work as a Manager at Training Inc where she stayed for 25 years. Our life will never be the same without our very dear mother, sister, niece and loving friend who was truly in charge of the whole family. Georgia has crossed over to the other shore to live in peace forever more.

Thank you to Dr.Smutz, Dr.Roth, Dr.Walsh and all the wonderful nurses in 4B who took such loving care of her in her final days.

At Georgia's request, no formal funeral will be held.
