DION BRUCE McKENZIE-PETTIS, of Lethbridge, passed away unexpectedly, on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at the age of 31 years.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Joann (John); grandmother, Elizabeth Pettis; brother, Alexander (Cassandra); sister, Kaitlin (Andrew); niece Aubrey; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Dion was predeceased by his father, David McKenzie; grandfather Samuel McKenzie; grandmother Ada McKenzie and grandfather Herbert Pettis.

Dion grew up in Gros Morne National Park, Newfoundland, where he developed a great fondness of the outdoors. He loved hunting, trapping and fishing. Dion was full of energy and had an adventurous spirit. He will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.
