A couple of years later, he came back to Lethbridge and started apprenticing to become an electrician. He started D.A. Electric in 1975 and was later joined by his brother Don. Del was the nucleus of a web of a large centre of influences, everyone from academics, tradesmen, business and service professionals in the City of Lethbridge. If you were fortunate enough to be acquainted with Del, the doors to these centres were opened to you. Del’s heart was as big as the projects he completed for this city. No matter whether you live in the North, South, East or West of the city, Del’s footprint can be seen in your community. The legacy of his footprint will be carried on by his family, co-workers and many friends.
