FRANCIS "FRANK" NICOLAS DEANE, of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Edith Deane, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Monday, January 17, 2022 at the age of 90 years.
Besides his loving wife, Frank is survived by his stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
He was predeceased by his parents, brother Fred and first wife Dorothy.
Frank was a very loving, kind and generous man. He spent many hours over the years volunteering in the community. The Birds of Prey Centre, Fish & Game and Nordbridge Seniors Centre were dear to his heart. In 2002, Frank received the Queen's Golden Jubilee Metal for "making a significant contribution to his community". He will be dearly missed and always loved.
As a result of the current situation with Covid, a private family memorial will be held at a later date.
In memory of Frank and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Nordbridge Seniors Centre (etransfer to friendly@nordbridgeseniors.com) or The Birds of Prey Centre (burrowingowl.com)

My condolences to Edith and family. Gone but not forgotten. Frank was a kind patient man and did awesome wood work projects at home and at Nord-bridge Senior Centre where he was a proud member and served as President. I will miss him but will treasure lots of memories.
