Neville was born in Church Stretton, Shropshire, England. He served in the British Navy before immigrating to Canada and careered with the Canadian Armed Forces. He then moved to Lethbridge and worked with the Corps Commissionaires until he retired.

Neville is survived by his wife Emma of 62 years of marriage and by his daughter
Karen (Tony Kok), grandchildren Christopher (Emily) and Ashleigh (Robert) and five great-grandchildren John, Kate, Carter, Kinda and Emma.
He was predeceased by their daughter Kinda in 1961.
The family would like to thank Good Sams Nursing Home in Taber and Lethbridge for their excellent care during these trying times.

I just wanted you to know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I'm glad we all were there for your 80 birthday and to see Uncle Neville for one last time.
