NICOLE ROSA LEE COOK, beloved daughter of Judy and Cyril Cook, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Thursday, August 4^th, 2016 at the age of 30 years.

Besides her loving parents, Nicole is survived by her sister Tammie (Damon) Kearney of Edmonton and brothers Joey (Chelsea) Cook of Lethbridge and Marvin (Tahlia) Cook of Australia. She is also survived by two nieces Tehya and Mackenzie and three nephews Brayden, Charlie and Cooper.

Nicole was predeceased by her grandparents Charlie & Ruth Gaschnitz and Albert & Helen Cook as well as her beloved pet cat Ebony.

An Interment Service will be held at ROYAL VIEW MEMORIAL CEMETERY - 5310 13 St N, Lethbridge, AB, on Saturday, August 20^th, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Glenda Wert officiating.
