Constant, Denis

DENIS CONSTANT, of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Nicole Constant, passed away peacefully at St. Michael's Health Centre - Palliative Care Unit on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at the age of 76 years.

Denis is survived by his wife, Nicole, his children, Daniel Constant, Tina Constant, Kim Constant (Brad Sutfin) and Kevin Constant (Jessica McLean), as well as ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Jean-Noel Constant, Gilles (Louiselle) Constant and Chris (Sue) Constant, and multiple nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Fabien & Jeanne Rose Constant.

Denis was born on January 30, 1943 and grew up in St. Val?re, Quebec, where he graduated with an electric degree; before moving to Leominister, Massachusetts, USA. In 1965, he married Nicole Bergeron and had two children. There, he worked in the cribbing industry. He then moved his family to Lethbridge, AB and had two more children. Denis loved to hunt, trap, camp, tinker in his garage, play cribbage, and spend time with family and friends.

Our family would like to thank the staff at Home Care and St. Michael's Palliative Care Unit for the exceptional service and care that was provided to Dad.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at ST. BASIL'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 604 - 13 Street North, Lethbridge, AB, on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. with Father Albert Sayson celebrating.
