Cong will be missed dearly by her family and all who knew her. She was the heart and soul of our family. She devoted her life to her children and her late husband who she was married to for 68 years before he passed away on December 15, 2020. She courageously played the role of mother and father when her husband was kept away for many years in numerous communist hard labor camps as a political prisoner. Despite these struggles, she always provided a loving and warm home for her children.
As a family, we grieve her loss, but take comfort in knowing that Mom and Dad are together again.
The family would like to express our deepest gratitude for their kindness and wonderful loving care of Cong: Dr. Mona Cassis, Dr. Aaron Coma, doctors and nurses at the Chinook Regional Hospital, HomeCare nurses and therapists, Northside Sobeys Pharmacy pharmacists, and Family Services Personal Care Aiders.
