Aunt Dorothy was an amazing lady and will be remembered for her interest in family, her organizational skills, her hospitality, and her love of life. On more than one occasion she graciously welcomed her to their home and there was food, love and fellowship well into the late evening hours. We will miss her and I know she is at peace and with her beloved George. To all the family, you had one great mother, aunt, grandmother and we had one great Aunt - our very last. I was one of Mrs. Carroll's "Grade Oner's" some 36 years ago at Gilbert Paterson. I have always fondly remembered Mrs. Carroll as the epitome of a primary school teacher: loving, patient, nurturing, and devoted to cultivating a love for learning in her students. Rest in Peace Mrs. Carroll. Stuart Huxley, Ottawa
