DIANE MARIE BULPITT, beloved wife of Don Bulpitt, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the age of 63 years.
Besides her loving husband, she is survived by her daughter Michelle (Jason) Harrison and grandchildren Sasha and Ryder of Raymond; and son Cory Bulpitt and grandson Logan Bulpitt of Lethbridge. She is also remembered by her sister Gladys Armour and nephew Darcy (Pearl) Armour of Lethbridge; sister-in-law Caroline Makarenko, nephew Michael (Tracy) Makarenko of Okotoks and Mitchell Makarenko of Calgary; in-laws Carol (Jerry) Becker of Abbotsford, Jason Becker of Richmond, and Rhonda Becker of Langley.
She was predeceased by her parents Helen and Mike Makarenko, brother Ed Makarenko and brother-in-law Earl Armour.
Diane was born and raised in Lethbridge. She truly enjoyed retired life for 12 years and tried to spend as much time as possible with her grandchildren, that she truly loved, as well as at our property in Montana until suffering a brain aneurism in August 2015. As a result, she endured a stroke, followed by seven more surgeries. As Diane's health was declining, she took inspiration from the song by Brad Paisley, "Last Time for Everything".
Diane will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Our thanks to the staff of the St Michael's Health Centre Palliative Care Unit and the Chinook Regional Hospital.
At Diane's request, no formal funeral service will be held.
In memory of Diane, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, #200, 119 - 14 Street N.W., Calgary, AB, T2N 1Z6.
