MR. RUSSELL NORMAN BROWN, predeceased by Stella Alice Brown, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Edith Cavell Care Centre on June 30, 2011 at the age of 83 years. Russell is the loving father of Debbie of Big Valley, AB, Brent of Spirit River, AB, Kathy of Denare Beach, SK, Valerie of Killarney, MB, Betty-Jean of Lethbridge, AB, Donna of Big Lake, MN and Koren and Marty of Airdrie, AB. Along with 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his four brothers: Elmer, Mervin, George and Ray Brown. Russell was predeceased by his sister Audrey Angus and brother Donny Brown. Russell was born in Tresbank, MB on August 11, 1927. He loved his large family and enjoyed sharing his love for life with each generation. A Celebration of Life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge on July 6, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. In memory of Russell Brown donations may be made to the Lethbridge Dialysis Unit.
