Alex had a passion for sports, whether it was playing hockey and baseball in his younger years, or coaching later on. He knew the stats of every NHL player and of every NHL team. Everyone knew they had to be quite when Don Cherry spoke. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Alex's Life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB., on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Glenda Wert officiating with the Interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Alex's name to the Canadian Cancer Society, 317 - 10 Street South, Lethbridge, AB., T1J 2M7, would be greatly appreciated.
