GARY WILLIAM STANLEY BOIVIN, beloved husband of the late Suzanne Boivin-Carriere, of Lethbridge, passed away in St. Michael’s Care Centre on Friday, February 17, 2012 at the age of 63 years.
Gary is the father of three daughters Rose (Albert) Michael, of Sudbury, ON, Jeannine Boivin (Brent McCandless), of Sudbury, ON, Michelle Boivin-Carriere, of Lethbridge, AB, two stepsons Denis, of Brampton, ON and Eric, of Edmonton, AB and numerous grandchildren. He is also survived by four sisters Lynda Boivin (Roger Levack), Bonnie (Don) Blasutti, Sheryl Boivin (Hugh Doucette) , Dannielle (Glenn) Allaire, all of Ontario, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Gary was born February 8, 1949 in Sudbury, Ontario where he was raised and educated. He has resided in Lethbridge for some time where he has been very active in the community, particularly Streets Alive.
It’s wondrous what a hug can do, the more you give, the more there are of ’em. So stretch those arms without delay and give someone a hug today.
A Celebration of Life will be held at PARK MEADOWS BAPTIST CHURCH, 2011-15 Avenue North, Lethbridge, on Thursday, February 23, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Ken Kissick officiating.
