COLLETTE BLACK FACE, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at the age of 61 years.

A Family Service will be held at the LETHBRIDGE CENTRAL CHURCH OF CHRIST, 716-23 Street North, Lethbridge, AB., on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. with Pastor Ken Kissick officiating, followed by a Wake Service from 7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.

A Funeral Service will be held at the LETHBRIDGE CENTRAL CHURCH OF CHRIST on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Ken Kissick officiating.

The Interment will follow at ST. CATHERINE'S CEMETERY, Blood Reserve, Alberta.
