ARLENE CAROL BEEMAN, born on September 6, 1962 in Lethbridge Alberta, passed away from cancer on January 10, 2019.
She is loved and survived by her siblings: Virginia, Rick, Doug and Donna, and special friends in Lethbridge. She was predeceased by her mother Margaret and older brother Bob.
Arlene was an avid volunteer for many city organizations for years & always stood up for the underdog by walking in such awareness activities as "People against Bullying", "Violence against Women", MS walks, etc.
She was a great cook & seamstress, loved playing Bingo, going for long walks at any hour of the day or night, was a big fan of the Lethbridge Bulls baseball & Hurricanes hockey teams, and was a lawn bowler in the Special Olympics, proudly winning several prizes.
Arlene has been a valuable member in the Lethbridge Christian "Tab" family. She was always very helpful and enthusiastic in helping at the church for many years.
A Funeral Service will be held at Arlene's home church - LETHBRIDGE CHRISTIAN TABERNACLE - 805 9th Avenue North, Lethbridge, AB on Saturday, January 19th, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Barb Roycroft officiating.

I became friends with Arlene through the Penny Coffee House. She was usually there in the morning when I went to pick up my morning coffee. She was truly a sweet, gentle soul. I will miss you Arlene.
I am Arlene's younger brother. At Arlene's unexpected passing I am profoundly saddened that she has left this world far too soon. I will miss Arlene's soft and gentle spirit and her remarkable capacity to love us siblings unconditionally. I have never known her to complain, and despite much adversity throughout her life always seem to find the good things to live for, and love. In that she thrived. A most extraordinarily and pure soul, forever missed, always loved and never to be forgotten. To my sister, may you rest now and be at peace! For your life I thank you. All my love, Doug
